What delivery options do you offer?

Delivery is charged at (or less than) cost and options are below:

  • For greeting cards & stamps (up to four cards) postage is £2

These are sent via Royal Mail first class postal service which aims to arrive the next working day.

  • For all other items postage is £4.75

These orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to arrive within 2-3 working days.

We aim to dispatch orders the same day, otherwise orders will be sent the next working day.

What are the delivery costs?

At the moment we offer the postal services as mentioned above however we do understand sometimes one requires a speedier option and so we are currently looking into the best options for a reliable next day delivery.

Are your deliveries sustainable?

After thorough research we discovered that the Royal Mail brands rank highest out of all the main delivery companies by the Ethical Consumer.

Royal Mail is the Uk’s greenest delivery service for letters and parcels based on gCO2e emissions per parcel delivered in the UK. Over half of their delivery destinations are reached mostly by foot with the fleet of posties clocking up an impressive billion steps per day on their collective pedometer!

Boxes - Our boxes are sourced from a British, carbon neutral company who partners with 1% For The Planet and Rainforest Trust UK.

  • Made from 100% post consumer waste

  • 100% recyclable

  • 100% compostable

  • We use brown paper tape to seal them

Stamps arrive in 100% compostable cellophane bags made from vegetable starches, which are natural and non-toxic.

Our items are wrapped in a protective sleeve of glassine paper, which is 100% paper and despite its lovely texture is neither coated nor waxed. It is fully recyclable and compostable.

We use clear compostable seals which are perforated in the middle for ease of opening.

We use 100% compostable packaging peanuts which are natural, non-toxic and water soluble; dissolving quickly when popped in the sink with water poured over them!

Our protective brown paper and cardboard filler is 100% recycled and recyclable.
